Striving to produce German Shepherds of correct type, temperament and construction, Kuirau uses only select breeding partners that have passed various breed improvement schemes. All Kuirau German shepherds come from sound parent lines of show quality, with generations of hip and elbow evaluations. Kuirau is now up to 7 generations of breeding - that is 7 generations of experience and knowledge of soundness!!!

Reared in a closely monitored temperature controlled environment, Kuirau puppies are given the best start to life. Our puppies' are handled from an early stage which ensures the steadiness of nature later in life.

Set in a large, well grassed home environment, on 25 acres, Kuirau puppies are given plenty of room to develop and socialize with both humans and other puppies, while being integrated into a family situation. Our puppies are fed the highest quality puppy food and regularly wormed, to ensure the absolute best development before they go to their forever homes.

Recipient of the German Shepherd Dog Council of Australia Gold, Silver and Bronze Medallions for the breeding of soundness through the Hip and Elbow schemes. That's over 50 animals passed through the schemes!!!

All Kuirau puppies come with full canine council registration, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, vet checked, 5 generation pedigree, and resource material developed from our long experience, including diet recommendations, worming programs and puppy raising suggestions.
