At Kassieger we recognise the FIRST thing a Shepherd needs to be is a reliable Family Pet. So although we enjoy our hobby of exhibiting this beautiful breed in the show ring we are NEVER prepared to sacrifice Brains for Beauty. A True Shepherd should have an Automatic Ability & Willingness to Work as well as Guard. Training can only bring OUT what has already been genetically put IN. Kassieger Shepherds are an integral part of our family. Our Dogs LIVE WITH US, NOT JUST IN THEIR KENNEL!!!

 

All our Breeding Stock to date have passed a British and/or German Breed Survey (Koerung) Class 1. Confirming all Health Tests for Hips and Elbows are of a quality suitable and recommended for breeding. To protect them against straying or theft, all our dogs are micro-chipped including our puppies before they go to new homes.
