SIMCAR German Shepherd Dogs

We take our breeding program very seriously here at SimCar. We take great care in choosing breeding pairs, and researching sires to breed to our dams.  Both the sire and the dam must have completed their AKC Championship in conformation, or are working to complete their championship.  Both Sire and Dam must have certified their Hip and Elbow X-rays with the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, aka OFA, or other official certification group.

Even though we concentrate on Conformation showing for our dogs, we do believe in the total dog that can perform in other venues, such as Herding, Obedience, Agility, Nosework, Tracking and Therapy work.  We have placed dogs with owners who are involved in many of the activities just mentioned.  German Shepherd Dogs need a job!

Puppies at SimCar are raised one litter at a time, with high levels of interaction with kids, other dogs and the occasional kitty lesson, to ensure good socialization building blocks when released to their new owners.

Puppies are released after 9 weeks of age, ensuring good socialization with siblings and life lessons with their dam.

They are wormed 3 times and are given their basic first set of puppy shots before release.
